Please submit this application for EACs who will be on the show floor during the set-up period, exposition days or dismantle period. IMPORTANT:
Please complete all information requested.
By definition, an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) is a company or person, other than those officially contracted by Show Management, that you, the exhibitor, appoint to provide services on the show floor during the setup period, exposition days and/or dismantle period. They must be approved by Show Management and must comply with all rules and regulations.

We propose to use the EAC named below in connection with our exhibit at Intersolar North America. We understand and agree that our EAC will abide by all show rules and regulations including those outlined on the exhibit space application and the Exhibitor Services Manual. We will provide Show Management with the necessary insurance certificates as outlined below.

Insurance Requirements
The EAC is required to submit Certificates of Insurance for worker's compensation insurance, comprehensive general liability insurance, and automobile liability insurance. The worker's compensation and employer's liability insurance must provide a minimum limit of $100,000 and meet the requirements established by the State of California. Comprehensive general liability coverage must provide $1,000,000 combined single limit bodily injury and property damage liability.
SEMI must be named additional insured as respect to general liability for Intersolar North America
. Automobile liability should include all owned, non-owned, and hired vehicles with limits of $1,000,000 combined single limit. Umbrella liability is acceptable to meet above minimum requirements.
The EAC agrees that it will indemnify and hold harmless Show Management and the Official General Contractor from any action resulting in injury or damage to persons or property caused by an act of omission, negligence or misconduct on the part of the EAC or any of its agents, servants, employees or contractors.
