Standards badges will be available onsite at the Standards Information Desk (outside Pacific A, 4th floor) at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis Hotel for registered Program Members.
Onsite Registration will also be available.

NA Standards West 2011 Meetings
The SEMI Standards Regulations now require that all meeting participants be registered as SEMI Standards Program Members.
To become a SEMI Standards Program Member, meeting attendees must complete an application form and sign the agreement to abide by the Regulations, particularly in regards to intellectual property.
SEMI Standards Program Membership is available to any interested person without charge and is independent of any other SEMI membership.
If you are not yet a Program Member, please complete a SEMI Standards Membership Application Form in addition to registering for these meetings.
