Please complete the following form if you are planning to attend the PV Standards meetings in conjunction with the PV Fab Managers Forum in Berlin, Germany.

Please note that this is not a registration form for the PV Fab Managers Forum. Please refer to the PV Fab Managers Forum website for more information including event registration.


The SEMI Standards Regulations now require that all Standards meeting participants be registered as SEMI Standards Program Members.


To become a SEMI Standards Program Member, meeting attendees must complete an application form and sign the agreement to abide by the Regulations, particularly in regards to intellectual property.

SEMI Standards Program Membership is available to any interested person without charge and is independent of any other SEMI membership.

If you are not yet a Program Member, please complete a SEMI Standards Membership Application Form in addition to registering for these meetings.
